We are now into July and our second month of transforming Criffel View into Crichton Central. Many of you will know Criffel View as the building where Fresco Cafe was.
Gwilym Gibbons, Chief Executive of The Crichton Trust was heard saying earlier this week: "It's a building that just keeps giving."
On the 23 March 2020, the UK went into lockdown in response to the worldwide coronavirus pandemic. Schools, restaurants, retailers, bars, offices, trades, hotels and many other businesses were forced to close their doors and to work from home wherever possible.
After just a few short weeks, the first fixing of the electrical work is done, the heating engineers have got their heads down and the new heating system is on schedule, the joiner is making great progress, the roofers are on top of things and the architect and project managers and still smiling!
